Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoltLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use BoltLab.

Who We Are

BoltLab is owned and operated by Albor Digital LLC, an independent digital product studio registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. See the About page for more on who operates BoltLab and what it provides.

About BoltLab

BoltLab provides free engineering tools, a reference library, a standards library, and engineering data products, as described on the Engineering Data Methodology page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of BoltLab at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BoltLab. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BoltLab to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of Albor Digital LLC or any third party; attempt to gain unauthorized access to BoltLab's systems; scrape, harvest, or extract data from BoltLab without written permission; or interfere with the operation or integrity of BoltLab.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, code, and data within BoltLab, including text, graphics, interface elements, and engineering reference material, are the property of Albor Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BoltLab for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Engineering Information and No Professional Advice

BoltLab's tools, reference pages, and engineering data products are provided for informational and practical utility purposes only, in accordance with the Engineering Data Methodology. Nothing on BoltLab constitutes professional engineering, legal, or safety advice. You should confirm critical dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and safety requirements against applicable engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, standards, or manufacturer information before making decisions where precision or compliance is required.

Advertising

BoltLab may display advertising, including advertising served by Google or other advertising partners, subject to the disclosures in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. BoltLab does not currently display such advertising.

Third-Party Links and Services

BoltLab may link to or reference third-party websites and services, including engineering standards organizations. These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Albor Digital LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BoltLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that BoltLab will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. See the Disclaimer for further detail.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albor Digital LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of BoltLab. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Albor Digital LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of BoltLab or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of BoltLab after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
