Cookie Notice
This notice explains what cookies and similar technologies BoltLab currently uses, what is not currently active, and what may be introduced if BoltLab activates advertising or analytics in the future. Last updated: August 11, 2026.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies include browser local storage, session storage, and web beacons or tracking pixels. This notice covers cookies and these similar technologies together.
How BoltLab Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies
BoltLab's current use of these technologies is limited. The sections below describe exactly what is active today and what may be introduced if and when BoltLab activates advertising or analytics in the future. Not every category listed in this notice is currently active on BoltLab — each section states BoltLab's current status.
Strictly Necessary Technologies
BoltLab does not currently set any strictly necessary cookies. Because BoltLab has no accounts or sign-in system, no session-authentication cookie is required.
Functional Technologies
BoltLab currently uses browser local storage, not a cookie, for one function: remembering whether you dismissed or collapsed an on-page advertisement placeholder on mobile devices, so it does not reappear on the same browser during later visits. This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to BoltLab or any third party.
Analytics
BoltLab does not currently have a website analytics service installed. If BoltLab installs an analytics provider in the future, this notice will be updated to name the provider, describe what is measured, and explain your choices.
Advertising
BoltLab does not currently serve advertising through Google or any other ad network, and no advertising cookies or identifiers are currently set by BoltLab. BoltLab's page layout reserves space for advertising that is not yet active.
When BoltLab displays advertising served by Google or other advertising partners, those providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, limit frequency, or personalize advertising, subject to applicable settings and consent requirements. See Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising in the Privacy Policy for more detail, and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps for Google's own explanation.
Third-Party Technologies
BoltLab currently loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which causes your browser to request font files directly from Google's servers. BoltLab does not currently load any other third-party script, widget, or tracking technology. If BoltLab adds third-party analytics, advertising, or other embedded services in the future, they will be listed here.
Consent and Your Choices
Where legally required, including for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, BoltLab will obtain consent before setting applicable cookies or engaging in personalized advertising processing that requires consent. BoltLab does not currently have a consent management platform (CMP) installed because advertising has not yet been activated. When Google advertising is enabled for those regions, BoltLab will use the applicable Google-supported consent mechanism required for that configuration.
Browser Controls
You can control and delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you view, block, or remove stored data on a per-site basis. If a third-party advertising or analytics provider is activated on BoltLab in the future, this notice will describe any opt-out mechanisms that provider makes available.
Changes to This Notice
This Cookie Notice may be updated as BoltLab's technologies or applicable law change, including if advertising or analytics are activated. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
